Orders
Your order is confirmed once we have called or messaged you. We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you, if a piece has run out or if the details look wrong. If you have already paid, we return the money.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Bangladeshi taka (৳). The delivery charge is added at checkout, and you see the full total before you order. You can pay cash on delivery, or pay with bKash or Nagad. For bKash and Nagad, we check your Transaction ID before we process the order.
Our products
Our pieces are fashion jewellery, not solid gold or real diamonds, unless the product page says otherwise. We try to show each piece as it really looks, but colours can look a little different on your screen.

You do not need an account to order. If you make one, please keep your password safe.
Text and photos
The text, logo and photos on this site belong to VERO or to those who license them to us. Please do not copy them without asking.

These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh.
